Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using SportsMania ("Platform"), provided by Location Technologies ("Company", "we", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Roles

Users may register as a Player or Venue Owner. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.

Player Accounts

Players can search facilities, reserve pitch time slots, and submit payments through official gateways or approved cash options.

Venue Owner Accounts

Owners list their sports grounds, establish operating schedules, and accept venue bookings subject to platform commission or subscription terms.

3. Bookings, Payments & Fees

When booking through SportsMania:

  • Real-Time Slot Locks: Selected time slots are locked temporarily (e.g. 10 minutes) while completing payment. Unpaid locks expire automatically.
  • Platform Commission & Payouts: Platform fees are applied per booking or via subscription model. Settled payouts are disbursed to venue owners via verified accounts.
  • Payment Verification: All digital payments are processed through encrypted, compliant third-party gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Card).

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled match start time qualify for a full refund as specified in our Refund Policy. Cancellations within 24 hours of match start time are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct & Facility Rules

Users must respect facility rules, property, and staff. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating false bookings, fraudulent accounts, or abusing payment mechanisms.
  • Damaging venue property or engaging in abusive behavior at booked grounds.
  • Attempting to bypass platform routing, reverse engineer the API, or interfere with service operations.
