At SportsMania, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent booking process for all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for sports venue bookings made through our platform.
If a user cancels a booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot time, the user is eligible for a 90% refund of the booking amount. The remaining 10% is retained by the platform to cover service charges and payment processing fees.
If a user cancels a booking with less than 24 hours remaining before the scheduled slot time, the user is not eligible for any refund.
In the event that a Venue Owner cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, the user will be eligible for a 90% refund of the booking amount.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time for the funds to appear in your account, which may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
